Most launderers have high capacity washing machines. Therefore, you can save both time and energy by placing heavy blankets in the laundry.

How To Dry Weighted Blankets
Drying a weighted blanket is as difficult as washing it. After washing; the blanket requires a strong hanger to dry. In such a situation, if you do not have a good strength hangar arrangement, then you can dry it by lying in the roof of your house or lawn mat. This may take time to dry. Sometimes it can take 2 or 3 days.
Keep The Blanket In Safe Condition
To prevent the blanket from becoming dirty, buy a cover of the size of the blanket and keep the blanket covered at all times.
By doing this, your blanket will not attract the dirt quickly and repeatedly and you can avoid washing a weighted blanket repeatedly. You only have to wash the blanket cover and you can do this work in your home washing machine as well.
